2. Services

• We provide massage therapy, spa treatments, couple massage, and wellness packages only.

• No illegal or inappropriate activities are allowed. Any such request will result in immediate termination of the session.

3. Booking & Payments

• Advance booking is recommended to confirm your slot.

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or card (where available).

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled.

• No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

• Prepaid bookings can be adjusted against future services within 30 days (subject to availability).

5. Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service duration.

• Inform the therapist about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before starting the session.

• Alcohol-intoxicated or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The management reserves the right to refuse service.

• Your personal details (name, contact number, booking info) will be kept confidential and only used for service communication.

• We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
